Our Policy
Your session is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain our commitment to all clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following studio policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
At least 3 hours' notice is required for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 30% of the service price. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, the full session fee will apply. We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
No-Show Appointments:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notification will be charged 50% of the full amount of the missed service. Consistent no-show patterns may require pre-payment for future bookings.
Card Surcharge:
